Custom AI agents, built for work.

When the task arrives, your agent gets to work. It gathers context from your systems, follows the rules of the job, chooses the right tools, takes the actions you've authorized, and carries the process through to completion. No prompting. No checking. No new software to learn. Just finished work, with every action on the record.

Every run files a receipt: what came in, which of your records it read, what it did, and what is waiting on you. Usually nothing.

Hands-off is an understatement.

No configuration, no prompt writing, no training your team on a new tool. You describe the job. We do the rest. Then you judge the result.

  1. Step 01

    Describe the task.

Create an account in 2 minutes, no card. Then describe how that work gets done today, the tools you use, the rules to follow, and what done looks like.

    You · about 15-20 minutes

  2. Step 02

We build it. It goes live.

Connect your systems through access you control and can revoke. We engineer, test, and launch the agent in your environment.

Us · build cost on us

  3. Step 03

Evaluate 14 days of on-the-job work.

The clock starts when your agent goes live. You can then keep your agent on the job or walk away with no obligation.

01 · Context

It reads before it acts.

The customer's history, the open invoice, the last three emails, the doc that answers the question. It works from your records, not from memory.

02 · Rules

Your policies, enforced.

Discount limits. Who gets a reply and who gets escalated. What never goes out without a signature. It follows them. It doesn't interpret them generously.

03 · Permissions

Scoped to the job.

It can touch what its job requires and nothing else. A sales agent can't read payroll. A support agent can't refund past the line you set.

04 · Tools

Your stack, as is.

CRM, inbox, calendar, help desk, billing. No migration and no new system of record. A spreadsheet and a shared inbox is a fine place to start.

05 · Adaptation

It stays correct.

Prices move, policies change, an integration ships a breaking change. We retune the agent so it keeps doing the job right. Nobody on your team maintains it.

What owners ask first.

Still unsure what to hand off? Bring the job to a scoping call. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you.

Book a scoping call
Q01What is a managed AI agent?

A managed AI agent is software that completes a recurring business job on its own, inside your existing tools, while a provider builds, runs, monitors, and fixes it for you. With Machine-like, you never configure or maintain the agent. You review its finished work and the receipt for each run.

Q02How much does an AI agent cost with Machine-like?

$249 a month per workload, dropping to $199 per workload at three or more. Six or more is a custom quote. There are no setup, integration, or platform fees, and you pay nothing until your agent has finished 14 days of live work.

Q03What do I have to do?

One 30-minute scoping call, access to the tools involved, a few examples of the work done well, and one person who can make approval calls when needed. You don't build, configure, or maintain anything.

Q04When does the 14-day trial start?

When your agent goes live on real work, not when you sign up. Account, scoping, build, and trial cost nothing. If the trial doesn't deliver, you walk away owing nothing.

Q05What happens when the agent isn't sure?

It doesn't guess. Anything outside your rules goes to an exception queue or to a person, with the context attached. You decide which actions need your approval before they happen.

Q06Will it work with the tools we already use?

Yes. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Notion, Stripe, Intercom, Airtable, and the usual suspects. Deeper API work and legacy systems get scoped on the call. No rip and replace.

Q07How is my data handled?

Your systems stay where they are. Agents reach them through access you control and can revoke anytime. Runs are encrypted in transit and at rest with full audit logging, and your data never trains models. You own your data and every output.

Q08What happens when my business changes?

If it's the same job with new rules, fields, templates, or report formats, it's a change, and it's included. If it's a different job that needs its own agent, it's a new workload, and we quote it before anything changes your bill.

Q09Who isn't a fit?

Businesses where recurring knowledge work doesn't cost much. If follow-up, routing, reporting, research, and intake are a minor expense, agents solve a problem you don't have.
