Our story

The model was never the bottleneck. Running it was.

Marshal was founded in 2024 in New York, first as Growth Marshal, helping companies win visibility in AI search. We delivered that work with our own agents, and one lesson kept repeating: capable models are easy to get. Agents that keep working are not.

Someone has to scope the job, connect the systems, watch every run, handle the exceptions, and keep the output improving as the business changes. Large companies staff AI teams for that. Small businesses never could, so we made operating the product.

Today Marshal builds custom AI agents for small businesses and runs them in production under our care. Customers get finished work inside the tools they already use. We carry the build, the monitoring, and the fixes.

The companies we serve span software, healthcare, ecommerce, legal, and professional services. What they share is more recurring work than people, and no interest in becoming an AI engineering shop.
